"The perfect place to stay in Paris. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's very modern, clean and cozy. The host also provided compliments to his guests, fresh fruit, chocolates, coffee and water. We arrived late, but he was patient and kind enough to welcome and accommodate us. There are various restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops nearby. Lively and safe area. It is extremely easy to get to any of the city's attractions - bus stops, Montparnasse station and the metro are 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment. Our visit to Paris was a wonderful experience. We would stay in this apartment again. We highly recommend it!"

"Fantastic location with lovely windows looking over the street and park. A handy bar and restaurant downstairs that didn’t create any noise thanks to the double glazing, and finished up pretty early. Shops, restaurants, takeaway and transport very close by. Very comfortable bed and sofa beds. Great bathroom and kitchen."

"The apartment is 2 mins away from the Edgar Quinet metro station which goes to Eiffel and Arch de Triomphee stations also. The area is full of good restaurants and cafes. There is an also good supermarket Monoprix near the house. It has a bakery which is good for breakfast. You can buy your kitchen needs and also gifts from Paris. We stayed with our 8 year old daughter for about 7 nights and had no problem about security or comfort. It was well furnished. You can find everything you need at home including washing machine, refrigirator, hair dryer even chemicals for dishwasher, towels/linens and some snacks and candys Yassine who is the renter of the house was extremely polite and helpful. We were in contact with him directly after confirmation of our reservation, when we landed to airport and during our stay in Paris. Thanks for everything brother"

"Um Paris zu erkunden, ist die Unterkunft gut gelegen. Mit der Bahn/Metro oder zu Fuß gelangt man schnell überall hin. Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen, aber sehr Nahe an Restaurants/Bars etc. Für eine Parisreise zu empfehlen."

"The apartment was fantastic! It was just like the pictures and the host even had some candies and fresh fruit for us when we arrived. He met us at the apartment and was very flexible with timing, even though our flight was five hours delayed! The place was very clean and the kitchen well-stocked. The location was fantastic. Lots of restaurants around and a grocery store and a few bakeries all within a few minutes walk. It was also very close to several subway lines, which made getting around the city very easy. We brought our two teenage kids, who slept on the couches. One of the couches can be pulled out to make a double bed, but they decided just to sleep on the couches and said they were okay. The bed in the bedroom was great. There is a washer/dryer unit in the bathroom that we made us of once. The cycles take a very long time (3-4 hours each), but as long as you're prepared for that it was very convenient."

"Not much. We had a really great time. Maybe the only thing was that the water heater was set very low so we had to have quick showers and space them out throughout the day. It wasn't a big deal, though."
